Born in Kailua, Charmaine grew up in a real estate family on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was common in her family to spend a weekend hosting an open house or helping a family move into their newly purchased home. Naturally, she earned a real estate license and bought her first home all before the age of 20. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Charmaine spent over 25 years in public service on the Big Island and on Oahu, where she focused on land use, planning and finance issues. Charmaine holds a graduate degree, is an alumnus of the University of Hawaii and resides in Pearl City with her family.
