About Rick Kepler Realtor | Tennis & Pickleball Professional | CEO, Velocity Tennis Based between Aptos, California and Maui, Hawaii, Rick Kepler is equal parts real estate strategist and lifelong athlete. As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Island Properties and Coldwell Banker Realty, Rick specializes in luxury and resort properties throughout Kauai, Maui, and California’s Central Coast. Before real estate, Rick spent decades leading and shaping tennis programs across the Pacific. A former Division I USC player and ATP-ranked doubles competitor, he went on to serve as Director and Owner of Seascape Sports Club, organize national tournaments like the $100,000 Aptos Challenger, and found the Monterey Peninsula Tennis Association, introducing thousands of kids to tennis and pickleball. In 2014, he founded Velocity Tennis, Maui’s first premier mobile coaching service, combining high-performance training with the aloha spirit. Rick’s competitive drive, strategic mindset, and calm under pressure now define his approach to luxury real estate—helping clients navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity.
