About Ray

With a lifetime of sales experience under his belt, Ray Vessell understands that the most important part of selling is making a genuine connection with his clients and his community and providing them with the best service he can possibly provide. His path into real estate started in 2014, when he moved to Hawaii with his wife and young children. He got introduced to local real estate investing groups and learned about different avenues of wealth building in cash flowing properties over the years. He began studying to obtain his real estate license and passed his real estate exams in March 2020, the same month the Covid lockdowns hit. Despite this setback, Ray continued to keep up with the market fluctuations and uncertainty during that time and completed his first transactions in 2022. Experiencing the joy of watching buyers become homeowners and knowing what home ownership can mean for the financial future of a family, Ray enjoys helping promote awareness about current first-time home ownership programs.
