God has blessed me with more than 155 closed transactions in the last 5 years. I am blessed to be part of the INTERNATIONAL STERLING SOCIETY Top 12% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.I have assisted clients in Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Maryland, North Carolina, Florida, & California. I also have property management experience and formerly owned a Cottage that I ran as a successful short-term rental. Buyers & Sellers appreciate my hard-working attitude as I guide them through the process of purchasing or selling their property.    I was born in Pennsylvania and received a degree from the University of Pittsburgh. For 13 years I was in country morning radio in both Pennsylvania & South Carolina. I was the recipient of an Academy of Country Music Award, earned my private pilot's license rating, and had the opportunity to fly in an F-16!     I am thankful for my wonderful supporting husband, Justin, and my and three amazing sons Tyler, Austin, & Landon....all 4 of them enjoy surfing!   I have had an exciting journey over the years, but nothing compares to enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while sitting on my lanai looking at the ocean and searching for the perfect place in Maui for you!Please reach out to me.
