About Juliana

Aloha:) My name is Juliana Maili Kaulukukui Tennberg. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu. I graduated from Kamehameha Schools and then went on to earn my bachelors degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. My husband was raised on the garden island of Kaua’i and that is where we reside. I am very grateful to call both islands my home. I love the ocean, surfing, hiking, and soaking up the sunshine with family and friends. My passion is helping people, and that has led me to a brand new career in Real Estate. It began with a need to sell my parents home to provide for my mother’s high cost of care. In this new season of life where you become the one making important decisions for your parents, I saw it as an opportunity to learn. It was a lengthy process full of unexpected bumps in the road. Each bump taught me a valuable lesson. I had an amazing realtor that helped me navigate in a difficult market and finally my parents home sold. I have a heart to come alongside my clients, whatever their story looks like, whether you have the joy of buying your first home or are in a place of need to provide for aging parents, it would be my joy to journey with you every step of the way.
