Formerly a ship’s navigator, Lin used a sextant, chronometer, and celestial navigation to ensure a ship sailing thousands of miles across the Pacific Ocean arrived at its destination on time. As a REALTOR Lin navigates through the island to ensure his clients find their dream home destination. Throughout his life, Lin has been a renter, buyer, homeowner, and investor in Hawaii, Florida, and the Philippines. Combined with his real estate professional experience he is equipped to negotiate the best optimal price and terms for his clients. Lin Was born and raised in Hawaii; his family has lived in these islands for generations. He graduated from Kamehameha as a member of the National Junior Honor Society, the University of Southern California with a Letter of Merit, and Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (CBPP) which has one of the best training programs in the State. His tours of duty included Pearl Harbor, Long Beach, San Diego, Corpus Christi, Newport, Virginia Beach, and Seoul, Korea. Lin served as a precinct official for over 20 years including Chairperson of Precinct 36 District 3. He was a former cubmaster of Pack 144 and donated over 70 pints of blood to the Blood Bank of Hawaii. He is also a member of the Finance Committee of St John’s Apostle and Evangelist one of many ministries helping to build the new One Community Center. Lin is a dancer with the Bulacan Circle and Associates of Hawaii. His personal best in the Honolulu Marathon is three hours and forty-five minutes.
