About Hope

Aloha, Hola, and Hello! My name is Hope Hatton, and I've lived in Hawaii for over 25 years, yet I have also lived, owned property, and held real estate licenses in other states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New Mexico . I have a BA in Special Ed, with a minor in Psychology, training in Blueprint Reading for the Construction Trades, and I am an artist and an author. I moved to Hawaii because I love the outdoors, warm weather, and all things beach--- scuba, snorkel, standup paddling, ocean kayaking, and more. My main goal in real estate is to help others attain their life goals and dreams through real estate- whether it is to help with first time home ownership, relocation, investment property, or vacation/ second home in Hawaii. I have over 25 years total transaction experience with: - USDA and VA loan clients (little or no money down) - Canadian buyers (second home / winter snowbirds) - 1031 exchange property transactions (investment/ rental property) - Military relocation buyers and sellers using various home purchase programs I am honored to hold a national REALTOR CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. I have also earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Designation), as well as taken courses toward the Second Home and Military Relocation designations, as well as many others. I am constantly striving to learn more skills to help my clients, and stay on top of the newest trends in marketing and home sales. I hope I can help you attain your DREAM on Oahu one day!
