About Dustin Dravland

Licensed in both Hawaii and California, Dustin Dravland Robinson, Realtor ® has helped homebuyers & sellers complete over 250 home transactions over the past 15 years. His love for Hawaii began during his first visit to the Islands in 1990, and he has visited each of the islands annually over the next few decades until finally buying a property here in Kailua-Kona in 2020. He has since converted that property into a successful short-term vacation rental and also bought and remodeled another house in town. His expertise and knowledge go far beyond real estate transactions and managing rental properties; Dustin also has Bachelor’s degrees in City & Regional Planning and Sustainable Developments from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and urban Design and Architecture from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark); and Art from BYU. Locally he was a key designer in the development of Coconut Grove here in Kailua-Kona in the 2000s. In addition to working as a designer and planner at award-winning Architecture and Development companies in Southern California, Dustin has worked for California city governments in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Aliso Viejo, and San Clemente. Dustin is an expert in web-based real estate, demographics, & marketing tools (social media, virtual home tours). 2023- Dustin teams up with Broker Lovette Llantos and joins Coldwell Banker Island Properties. 2022 - 2021 - Dustin continues to help people achieve their real estate dreams while also traveling the world having visited nearly 50 countries and 46 states to date. 2020 - Dustin moves to Hawaii and studies local island Real estate.
