About Brenda K

Brenda first visited the Island of Hawaii as a tourist in 1974 and fell in love with the Aloha spirit. Moving to the Island in 1989, she became a licensed Realtor® in 1990. Many qualities and skills are necessary to become an excellent real estate professional. Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network are all hallmarks of Brenda's business philosophy. Placing the client's interests first, Brenda treats you as she would expect to be treated. This has provided her with a client-based referral business that has earned her recognition as an annual Top Producer seven times during her career. Additionally, Brenda has completed the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which only five percent (5%) of Realtors nationwide have earned, as well as GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) and ABR, (Accredited Buyer's Broker). Education is the cornerstone of the Realtor® profession.
