Michelle Mossman brings over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and management, having held key leadership roles as both Broker in Charge and Principal Broker. Licensed since 2001, Michelle has overseen real estate operations at the highest levels, ensuring compliance, resolving complex transactional issues, and upholding brokerage policies and professional standards. As Principal Broker, she was responsible for supervising agents, enforcing statutory requirements, and maintaining ethical and legal integrity within the brokerage. Her role as Broker in Charge further solidified her expertise in managing brokerage operations and supporting agent development. A strong advocate for education, Michelle provides training that mitigates risk and promotes best practices, empowering agents to build successful, long-term client relationships. Beyond her brokerage leadership, Michelle serves on the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® Mediation Committee, where she plays a vital role in resolving disputes and fostering fair outcomes within the industry. Her extensive expertise, combined with technical, analytical, and negotiation skills, makes her a trusted leader dedicated to professionalism and client protection in real estate. On a personal note, Michelle is a proud mother of three, a devoted grandmother of three, and a fur-baby parent.
