About James

James Brennan is an accomplished real estate professional with a diverse background in finance, residential real estate sales, and commercial sales & leasing. James grew up on the windward side in Kailua. He went to the University of Hawaii where he obtained his degree, majoring in real estate. Immediately following graduation, he acquired his real estate license and went right to work for one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Hawaii, specializing in commercial sales & leasing. He later joined a local financial company where, as vice president, he oversaw their commercial lending division. He eventually transitioned into residential real estate. Along the way he also created, produced, and hosted a Hawaii-based home improvement program entitled “The Little Grass Shack” which ran for nearly a decade on Oceanic Time Warner Cable, as well as select markets on the mainland. Integrity, dedication, and commitment to client satisfaction are the cornerstones of his career. Through the years, his academic real estate background coupled with his first hand knowledge of home-building & remodeling have made James a trusted real estate advisor to countless buyers and sellers.
