About Gregg

Gregg Antonsen joined Coldwell Banker Island Properties in 2024. In his 30 years of real estate industry experience Gregg has held a number of leadership positions including Senior Vice President and Qualifying Broker at Sotheby’s International Realty, Santa Fe (10 years), Senior Vice President for Business Development with Christie’s International Real Estate, (10 Years) and Founder and Principal Broker of Antonsen Garrett & Associates, Ltd., a boutique Hawaii real estate brokerage specializing in the management and sale of distinctive properties. He also conducted his own solo law practice for 10 years, specializing in Hawaii real estate law and conveyances. Antonsen earned a B.A. in history and political science from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minn., and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minn. He has served as a lecturer and adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus, teaching undergraduate courses on contracts and business law.
