With more than 30 years of experience in real estate sales, software, and brokerage management, Chuck leads and supports an exceptional group of caring, passionate, and top-performing Oahu real estate professionals. Together, they consistently deliver outstanding results for their clients. His passion lies in creating an environment where agents can thrive — professionally and personally. Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, Chuck moved to Hawaii in 1987 and has remained deeply engaged in industry leadership ever since. He has served as President of the Hawaii Real Estate Business Institute, President of HiCentral MLS (a subsidiary of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®), and National President of the Relocation Directors Council. A Certified Relocation Specialist, Chuck has dedicated many years to the relocation and mobility space. He currently serves as Secretary of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® and as a Director for the Aloha Chapter of AREAA. Chuck’s dedication to education is reflected in his many professional designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified MLS Volunteer (CMLXv). He is also a graduate of Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience by Anywhere Real Estate (7th cohort). Outside of work, Chuck enjoys traveling to visit family across the U.S. Mainland and spending time at home in Kaneohe with his husband, Kyle. A self-proclaimed tech enthusiast, avid reader, and podcast fan, he’s always exploring new ways to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.
