About Chuck

Chuck is the General Manager for Coldwell Banker Island Properties on the islands of Kauai, and Oahu. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate sales, software, and brokerage management, Chuck leads and supports an exceptional group of 200+ caring, passionate, and top-performing real estate professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results for their clients. His passion lies in creating an environment where they can thrive, professionally and personally. Throughout his career, Chuck has been deeply engaged in industry service, currently serving as secretary of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® and previously as president of both HiCentral MLS and the Hawaii Real Estate Business Institute. Earlier in his career, Chuck spent many years in the multifamily property-management software industry with a focus on solutions for affordable housing, and later worked in the relocation and mobility sector, earning the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and serving as President of the Relocation Directors Council. Well-versed in the luxury market, Chuck holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and draws on experience from prior affiliations with Christie’s International Real Estate, Luxury Portfolio, and Sotheby’s International Realty. Chuck’s commitment to education also includes the Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified MLS Volunteer (CMLXv) designations. Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, Chuck moved to Hawaii in 1987. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys traveling to visit family, and spending time at home in Kaneohe with his husband, Kyle. A self-proclaimed tech enthusiast, avid reader, and podcast fanatic, he’s always exploring new ways to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.
