About Wendy

I’m a former student-athlete and lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for people and community. After attending UCSB and SDSU, I spent 20 years owning and operating a restaurant and previously worked as a high school teacher. I’m also a mom to two kids — one in his 20s and one in high school. Having bought and sold many types of real estate over the years, I see real estate as both exciting and a powerful part of the American Dream. I bring experience, care, and clear communication to every client relationship.
