The Beach Group assists buyers and sellers of residential real estate on the Pinellas Suncoast from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. The group is not new to Florida and comes with years of real estate and sales experience. Their goal is to provide professional service with excellent communication and personal integrity. Alana has been a successful Coldwell Banker Realtor for 22 years after personally relocating 9 times while raising two boys. She is a University of North Carolina graduate with a degree in finance and holds several Coldwell Banker and real estate certifications. She enjoys the Florida beach lifestyle including fishing, boating, golf and fitness.
