Tyler was raised on Florida’s renowned Space Coast and has been a proud resident of South Sarasota since 2013. As a native Floridian with a deep understanding of the region’s diverse communities, he offers clients an informed and discerning perspective on the many lifestyles and properties that define the Gulf Coast. A dedicated professional with a lifelong passion for sports, Tyler approaches real estate with a competitive drive and a commitment to achieving exceptional results. His background in customer service and sales, combined with his academic studies in History and Psychology at Florida State University—where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science—provides him with a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and client-focused strategy. Tyler and his wife, Courtney, were married in 2017 on the cliffs overlooking Hanalei Bay in Kauai. They now reside in South Sarasota with their two sons, along with their toy poodles. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Tyler enjoys boating, fishing, and golf. His experience as a former tour golf caddie adds a unique dimension to his personal and professional life, and he is always willing to share insights with clients who enjoy the game. As a member of the St. Armand's Circle office, Tyler is committed to delivering a refined, knowledgeable, and results‑driven real estate experience for every client he serves.
