When working with Buyers or Sellers, she combines her industry knowledge, the latest market analytics and knowledge of negotiation strategies to secure the best outcome for her clients. We live in a faced paced environment where Buyers and Sellers need an Agent who is able to multi-task the complexity of real estate transactions from beginning to end. Sandie is a results-oriented high-performer who values the time of her clients and the credibility of her reputation. On a personal level, Sandie is a military mom with three sons serving our country in three different branches (Marines, Army and Air Force). She is certified both as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and FL. Military Specialist (FMS) to serve as a subject matter expert for Veterans and their families around the globe. Sandie's hobbies include running, biking, hiking and camping. She enjoys time the beach and a good book. Traveling to see her kids who live in different states, along with an occasional vacation is always a favorite enjoyment.
