With a B.S. in Business and Hotel Restaurant Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, she began managing large-scale events at the Boston Museum of Science before leading financial and technology teams at Chubb Insurance Company. Along the way, she cultivated a home staging and organization business, blending her eye for design with her lifelong love of real estate. Since relocating to Sarasota in 2020, MaryAnn has applied her expertise to help clients maximize property value through staging and strategic negotiation. Committed to integrity, urgency, and detail, she tirelessly represents her clients while remaining active in her community.
