About Kimberly

Kimberly McMahon has been a native of Sarasota for 23 years. During her experiences raising four children and being immersed in the local community, she developed a thorough understanding of southwest Florida while transitioning into real estate 15 years ago. Raised in the Midwest, Kimberly graduated from the University of Wisconsin with two degrees in Business and Education. Capitalizing on her talents, she worked for seven years for one of the Top 100 Companies in the country, Lands’ End. She then transitioned into teaching and taught in the education field of mathematics for 15 years. Her years spent in business and education garnered important skills, most notably, how to best serve her clients; she prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and listening to her clients’ needs. Whether it is a first time home buyer or seasoned investor, she walks them through the entire process and educates them along the way. Her passion for life continues to be her family, local community, travel and staying active with a game of pickleball or long walk. Recently, she has partnered with the Coldwell Banker Longboat Key office - which has been ranked #2 in the country - and is eager to continue building her business and assist her clients in finding their slice of paradise in Southwest Florida.
