About Kathryn

As an established real estate advisor, I value the trust my clients place in me, and I continually strive to exceed their expectations and provide an elevated level of care and service. I offer clients refreshing honesty, utmost discretion, and superior customer service. I listen first, and then utilize my attention to detail to deliver optimum results in all real estate transactions. I combine the latest technology with effective negotiation and integrity to create a positive client experience. My continued success comes from maintaining relationships long after closing. I earned a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Before opening my own design firm, I worked as a Senior Book Designer for Random House and Workman Publishing and later, as an Associate Art Director for New York University. Outside of real estate, I am an active member of the Sarasota County Croquet Club, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and Art Center Sarasota. I also serve as an usher at St. Boniface Episcopal Church on Siesta Key. When I'm not working, I enjoy a compelling read, being out on the water with my husband and two adult daughters, or taking a walk with Tilly, our Boston Terrier.
