Originally from New Hampshire, Jeff has devoted his entire career to the real estate industry, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the back office operations and the front-line dynamics of the business. As an owner, investor, and Realtor, Jeff has gained invaluable experience from every angle of the real estate world. His expertise lies in combining extensive market knowledge, investment acumen, and innovative marketing strategies to deliver exceptional and personalized experiences for his clients. Jeff's journey began at Daniel Webster College, where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in aviation management. His career took off at a Boston-based Real Estate development company, where he quickly rose through the ranks in the residential division, ultimately overseeing 86 buildings and 902 apartments as a property manager. For the next 25 years, Jeff successfully managed his own portfolio of commercial and residential properties, honing his skills as a shrewd entrepreneur. The decision to sell their family business led Jeff and his wife Katherine to permanently relocate to the breathtaking Sarasota area. Jeff's extensive knowledge of the Sarasota/Manatee region, combined with his innovative and entrepreneurial approach, has established him as a unique presence in the local market. He brings a wealth of experience to the table, garnered from working with a diverse range of clients, and possesses an innate understanding of what drives consumer behavior. Jeff's career has demanded creative solutions, a forward-thinking mindset, and a keen ability to seal deals. Trading in their ice skates for flip flops, Jeff and wife Katherine have wholeheartedly embraced the relaxed lifestyle and captivating Gulf sunsets of southwest Florida. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jeff is an avid golfer, delighting in exploring the numerous world-class courses in the area.
