Before transitioning into real estate, Gary built a successful 30-year career in hospitality, beginning as a 14-year-old dishwasher in Sarasota and rising to leading roles within one of the world’s premier hotel brands. His extensive experience in restaurant and bar concept development, project execution, and construction management translates seamlessly into real estate, where he delivers a true concierge-level experience for every client. Attention to detail, exceptional service, and relationship-building are the cornerstones of his approach. Living and growing up in the Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores neighborhood gives Gary a unique insight into one of Sarasota’s most desirable and historic areas. As the proud son of a Sarasota educator and a product of local schools, he values community, education, and integrity.
