I have exceptional experience in real estate, and have been dedicated to my craft for over 20 years, across state lines, with over 700 transactions. Everything from massive land (4,000+ acres) to building lots, from mansions to bungalows, with an emphasis on residential sales. The past ten years have been in South West Florida, listing and selling REO's (bank owned), short sales that were negotiated by myself or with the aid of an experienced law firm. I've worked with regular home owners and company owned homes, and have worked with relocation in both Pennsylvania and Florida. I am born in the middle east, read/write/speak Arabic in most dialects.
