Carolyn's Education: MS Accounting, BS Math In addition, the following 90 hours of Appraisal: R-1: Introduction to Real Estate Appraisal, R-1: Valuation Principles and Procedures, USPAP: National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and AQ1: Fair Housing, Fair Lending & Environmental Issues Carolyn's Experience: Over 30 years of Real Estate Experience, both listing and Sales of Residential Properties,11 years working as a Real Estate Specialist for the NYS Dept. of Transportation in the Appraisal and Property Management Units, and 7 years working as a Senior Examiner of Municipal Affairs for the NYS Dept. of Audit and Control I was a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York before re-locating to Florida. I am certified to practice accounting in Florida, but have been too busy with my Real Estate interests to use it! Coming out of undergraduate college I taught Secondary Math and Business and I still hold a NYS Permanent Secondary Math and Business Teaching Certificate. Bill's Education: MS Accounting, BS Accounting In addition, 90 hours of Appraisal just like Carolyn Bill's Experience: Bill is a graduate of Villanova University. He was a Navy pilot and worked as a commercial airline pilot for 37 years before deciding to retire and join me in the real estate business. He has taken many Appraisal courses, is very mechanically inclined and has always taken an interest in houses and boating. Bill and I met in graduate school and have been married for almost 45 years. Together we have successfully raised a set of twin sons and a Belgian shepherd. We started a business named "The Winter Team" which is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the very best real estate firm in the business!
