About Nina

I began my real estate career in 1983 in Maryland and continued when I moved with my family to the Pinecrest area of Miami in 1985. Previous to embarking on my real estate career, I was an elementary school teacher. I have been a certified mentor for new realtors, a member of the Coldwell Banker office advisory board, a certified associate for USAA Military transactions and have been a member of the Realtor-Attorney Committee of the Miami-Dade Board of Realtors. The Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society has been one of my honors. My strong skills are handling the sale of a home professionally, negotiating the best price and terms for my clients, and exposing properties to a huge audience of buyers through internet and print marketing. Coldwell Banker offers over 500 high traffic websites for our properties which allow us to get over 19 million worldwide visitors. My print marketing includes high quality professional photos and videos and target post card mail.
