About Lisa

A Miami native, Lisa Beining grew up in Palmetto Bay, Florida where she attended Gulliver Academy and Palmetto Schools, and after living in Boston, Massachusetts for several years, graduated from FIU with a B.A. in Psychology. After initially gaining experience in the marketing and advertising fields, where she was also trained in graphic design, she spent several years working in the real estate fields of commercial leasing and property management until ultimately getting her real estate license in 2015. Since then, she has worked tirelessly on over 100 successful transactions for buyers and sellers in the South Miami-Dade area. Understanding that each sale is unique, Lisa and her team tailor their approach and strategy to fit the needs of each individual Seller or Buyer in order to maximize results while staying in tune with the personalities and lifestyles of their clients. Always striving to provide top service, Lisa regularly continues her real estate education, and recently earned her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. Lisa resides in Palmetto Bay, and is an expert this area as well as Pinecrest, Cutler Bay, and the surrounding communities of Southeast Miami-Dade County.
