A licensed Broker-Associate since 1996 and an Appraiser Trainee since 2010, Liane brings a wealth of real estate expertise to COLDWELL BANKER. Born and raised in Miami, Liane earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Miami as well as an A.S. in Interior Design from Miami Dade College. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Liane worked as an Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending for AmeriFirst, the first chartered Savings & Loan in the State of Florida. She also worked in the field of Psychology and Education as an educator and also the Head of Development for a Parochial School in Coral Gables. Her passion for people and properties, coupled with her financial analytics, abilities in interior design and staging, plus her astute appraising skills, provide an unparalleled advantage to Liane's buyers and sellers. Liane is an accomplished real estate investor in her own right and has an acumen for selecting just the right properties, renovating them and maximizing ROI. She does the same for her clients.
