About Jayne

Born in Seoul, Jayne and her family immigrated to NYC. Law school had her moving to Chicago, where she fell in love with the second city’s architecture, lakefront and friendly Midwesterners. Jayne discovered a passion & success in real estate investment and home design. With her children grown and off to university it was time to move to the tropical paradise that is Miami. The amazing and diverse vibe of this cosmopolitan city along with the international population and favorable tax laws are some of the reasons so many are relocating to the southeast FL coast. As a real estate professional with a background in law, Jayne provides the highest level of work ethic, diligence, discretion, attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and exceptional service in marketing and structuring deals. She finds that being entrusted with the sale or purchase of a client’s home is the greatest privilege and requires a passion, understanding and persistence that are integral to Jayne’s core values. Making connections with people she finds to be the most satisfying aspect of the real estate profession and with every transaction is the start of a lifelong friendship and collaboration.
