About Carlina

A licensed Sales Associate since 2005 and a licensed Appraiser since 1999, Carlina brings a wealth of real estate expertise to COLDWELL BANKER. Carlina also holds a CAM (Community Association Manager) license. Born in Georgia and then moved to Miami in her teenage years, Carlina also graduated from Carrollton, this is where she met Liane. After high school, Carlina earned her Education degree, first attending the Univ. of Miami and ultimately graduating from the American College of Switzerland. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Carlina worked as a teacher in the Miami Dade Public School system for several years before becoming a real estate appraiser. Carlina is also a successful real estate investor in her own right. Eighteen years ago, Carlina decided to transition to becoming a Real Estate Agent. After learning the ropes and acting as an assistant to other top agents, Carlina now works in tandem with her lifelong friend (Juliana "Liane") for the Liane Sabina Group, where she lends her talents, hard work, and professionalism to every successful transaction.
