Evgeniya Simpson is a bilingual English and Russian speaking realtor in Palm Coast, FL. Originally from Russia where Evgeniya earned a Master's Degree in IT from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, she came to USA in 2010, lived in states of Oregon and Virginia, and like most people who got tired of cold snowy winters she decided to come to Florida in 2019, moving to Palm Coast with her two 3-year old twin boys. Prior to her real estate career, Evgeniya had 17 years of previous sales experience; she was a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2016, and in 2017-2018 she worked as a Financial Services Professional with New York Life/ NYLIFE Securities. Evgeniya always had a passion helping people around her to achieve their dreams, taking advantage of her Russian background and expertise in financial services and mortgage, she is an expert assisting families who just moved to Florida to discover their Perfect Dream Home.
