About Terry

Terry Hayes grew up in Maryland and graduated with a teaching degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. After teaching in the Denver, Colorado area for several years, she received her license as a registered investment advisor and enjoyed a successful career with an investment planning firm for 22 years. Terry’s family owned property in Sarasota for five decades and she vacationed on Anna Maria Island since her childhood. Over the years, she had numerous successful real estate investments of her own along the Gulf Coast. Eventually, Terry returned to Southwest Florida and quickly recognized the potential of real estate in the region, prompting her to attain her real estate license. Terry Hayes and Diana Donovan partnered in real estate endeavors, recognizing their similar career paths and complimentary skill sets.
