About Amanda

I am a proud Florida native, born in Panama City. I spent my childhood in Punta Gorda in the woods trail riding, airboat riding, and fishing, with my family and later lived in North Port, experiences that strongly connected me to Florida’s communities and lifestyle. Over the years, I have also lived in Kendall, Islamorada, Tavernier, and Key Largo, where I now call home. I am currently a student at the College of the Florida Keys, pursuing Science and Business Administration. My education strengthens my ability to analyze markets, understand business strategy, and provide excellent client service. Since 2020, I have owned and operated Blue Seas Lawn care, a successful company serving the Upper Keys. This work has given me hands-on expertise in curb appeal, property value, and landscaping, which I now carry into my real estate career. As a realtor with Coldwell Banker Schmitt, I combine my local knowledge, business background, and love for the Keys to guide clients in finding or selling their homes with confidence and care.
