About Megan

Originally from the Midwest, I've called the Florida Keys my home since 2011. It only took one visit here to the Keys to know this is where I am meant to be. To live, work, and play on the water is truly a great joy and I love that real estate allows me to share my passion for this amazing island community. I have a background in Interior Design and Fine Art from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. My creative perspective allows me to take fresh new approaches when helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market. In early 2021 I joined Melissa Nowell's real estate team, The Nowell Group, with Coldwell Banker Schmitt in Islamorada. The real estate business is all about being of service to people and I am no stranger to customer service having worked many years in the hospitality industry. Together, Melissa and I have over 15 years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. We are both full time real estate agents who are dedicated to providing customers with personal and quality service, establishing loyalty and trust, and building relationships that last beyond the closing table.
