About Kelly

Experience Counts! With over 23 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry, Kelly has helped numerous buyers and sellers along the Emerald Coast realize their real estate goals. As a native of Atlanta and 3 rd generation Realtor, Kelly began her career in 1994 in property management. She fell in love with the beach vacationing in Destin with her family growing up. "We never wanted to leave!" Having always been in love with this area, Kelly relocated to the Emerald Coast in 1996 working in resort management. Believing in this area and the value it offers, Kelly acquired her Sales Associate license in 1999, CAM license in 2000, and Real Estate Broker's license in 2005. As an investor and property owner in South Walton, she has built several new homes, and is familiar with new construction including the building and permitting processes that go along with it. A wife and mother of two, Kelly invested her time in raising a family for several years, and is proud of the wonderful people her children have become! Having worked from home during that time, she is ready to focus on growing her real estate career, and serves buyers and sellers along the Emerald Coast, from Fort Walton Beach to Panama City Beach. Kelly represents a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to luxury home buyers and seasoned investors. She offers invaluable insights to buyers on subdivisions, schools and amenities in order to find them their ideal property. Making South Walton home for many years has provided Kelly with the expertise of the local market. This includes primary & secondary homes and condos, waterfront properties, land and investor properties, all of which continue to be an active market. Kelly has earned numerous production awards throughout her real estate career, but most importantly enjoys the relationships she's made along the way and is grateful for the people God has put in her life, both on a personal and professional level.
