As a military spouse for the past 20+ years, I’ve experienced multiple relocations, buying and selling homes at several military installations. I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with each PCS move and the importance of having a trusted real estate professional by your side. Along the way, the homes we didn’t sell became investment properties that we continue to self-manage. In my first year and a half in real estate, I was part of a high-performing team where I closed 33 transactions annually. In 2023, I personally closed 21 properties, and in 2024, I closed 17. Beyond being a homeowner, I’m also an investor who owns and self-manages several long-term and short-term rental properties. My hands-on experience as both an agent and property owner allows me to offer valuable insight to my clients, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.
