Candis Rainer, GRI, SFR, SRES, MRP. While she demonstrates good communication skills, a soft and easy going manner with customers and clientele alike, Candis has a penchant for living, not preaching the sermon of customer service, professionalism, and being organized. These skills, combined with Destin and surrounding area real estate experience dating back to the early 1980's makes Candis an excellent choice to assist you in buying or selling your vacation rental, second home, or primary residence property. Candis is a second generation Realtor. Her father opened up Parkway Realty on Racetrack Road in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. after retiring from Eglin Air Force Base where he flew jets. She earned the designations: GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and is certified as a LMC (Loss Mitigation)
