I was promoted to Broker of Mystic Point Realty in Aventura, FL in 1995 and then went on to be a top producing agent for Sotheby's International Realty on Miami Beach FL in 1999, where I specialized in Luxury Estates Homes. In 2004 I purchased a vacation home in the Florida Keys and fell in love with the area. Six months later I made the Keys my permanent home. Since joining Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. I have been a consistent Top Producer for the company. In 2012 I earned a membership into Coldwell Banker's President's International Elite which distinguishes me as one of the top Coldwell Banker Sales Associates Globally. I have 7 people on my team consisting of myself, a team manager, three buyer's agents and two administrative assistants. Ryan Gernaat is the team manager/ marketing coordinator, John Salvatore is the Senior Buyers Agent, Lisa Habecker and Olivia Dutoit are the other buyer's agents, and Megan Gaylord and Caitlin Meyer are our administrative assistants.
