About Carrie

Carrie comes from a family of Realtors and Residential Builders. Licensed in 2006, she co-founded Fowler Sakey Team in 2010 with her mother, Rachel Fowler and her sister-in-law, Sara Fowler. Today, this team is one of the top producing home sales teams in Fairfield County and CT. Carrie thrives on the diversity of roles she serves, effectively balancing a direct, analytical and detail-oriented approach with a compassionate, honest and approachable style. Carrie partners seamlessly with all of her clients – regardless of budget and objectives. Whether looking to own, sell, rent or invest, what resonates most is Carrie's exceptional ability to listen and transform her clients' dreams into actionable plans. She is never pushy and considers herself more of a consultant than a salesperson. She is committed to finding the best solution for her clients – even if that means advising them not to buy or sell at this time. With a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University, Carrie understands the importance of balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals. She brings "big picture" perspective and level-headedness to the process and negotiating table and especially enjoys the reward of helping people become first-time homeowners. Born and raised in Trumbull, Carrie has also lived in Stratford, Stamford and Boston, MA prior to settling in Fairfield to raise her three children. She is an active member of the community, with a special interest in charities and events that support those affected by cancer and children with special needs. Her expansive agent and social network often means that her team finds homes for clients before they are even listed. Carrie draws upon her prior experience as a Technology Consultant in Project Management and Systems Analysis to leverage tools and technology for success in today's market.
