Nestwork LLC was founded in 2015 by Terri and Cary Stronach. Operating as an independent broker office, Nestwork grew to over 20 agents assisting their clients with realizing their real estate dreams. The company closed over $150 million dollars in real estate transactions between 2015 and 2021. In 2022, we believed we could serve our clients better if we were associated with a global brand. After much due diligence, the decision was made to become a Coldwell Banker affiliate. The Coldwell Banker brand is the oldest and most established residential real estate franchise system in North America. In fact, in many ways, it was the original real estate "start-up."
