About Todd

Todd's career journey spans from teaching to entrepreneurship. Realizing his true calling lay outside of the classroom, he transitioned from education to building a thriving painting business. After relocating to Florida, Todd ventured into real estate investment, then eventually returned to Kansas City to manage acquisitions for a successful KC investor. After 10 years working for others in the investment world, he built his own company and started wholesaling, flipping and building houses throughout KC. Today, Todd stands as the CEO of multiple ventures, including a residential real estate operation, a security company and a painting business.
