Cheryl Stott is the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Advantage, Western Region, with 35 years of experience in real estate. Cheryl's priority in her role is to support and guide agents, helping them achieve their clients' real estate goals. She loves her job because of the diverse range of people she meets and the unique personalities she encounters with each transaction. Cheryl's journey into real estate began after a suggestion from a colleague and a subsequent interest sparked by real estate education classes. She believes that integrity is the cornerstone of a great REALTOR®, and compassion is essential for effective leadership. Her dedication, approachability, motivation, and extensive experience are key qualities that make her both a great agent and leader. Cheryl resides in Tryon, NC, a place she loves for its friendly community and distinctive real estate. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening. She is actively involved in her community, member of the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors for two condo associations in Lake Lure.
