A Colorado native, growing up in southwestern Colorado, and later raising my family in Grand Junction, after briefly living in Arizona, I wanted to come back to the San Juan's. We settled in Montrose in 2016, and it has been a perfect fit.    \"The art\" of buying a property and making it into the perfect home is something I am passionate about.
