I started off as an investor, then as a partner in real estate development in CA over 30 years ago. Over 21 years ago I became a licensed Realtor and have acquired in depth experience working with international investors, commercial acquisitions, home buyers/sellers, short sales and pre-foreclosure transactions. My skill set includes contract negotiations, market research, project management, team building across functional relationships and providing the necessary information so that my clients are able to make educated decisions.
