The Coldwell Banker Southwest Metro Office is located in Highlands Ranch off of Highlands Ranch Parkway and Ridgeline Blvd. You can get to our office by taking either Lucent Blvd. or Broadway off of C470. If you are in Highlands Ranch, head west past Broadway and turn north on Ridgeline Blvd. Biography on Scott Brown: Scott has been a real estate professional since 1994, beginning with Frontier Better Homes and Gardens. He transitioned with the company when it became Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2001. At that time, he was promoted to the Assistant Manager position, but continued in sales. Since that time, he has helped eight different Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in production, office renovation, remodeling, relocating and management support in the Denver Metro Area. He also was the Managing Broker for the Downtown Denver Central Office and the Highlands Ranch Southwest Office for about 5 1/2 years. Affectionately known as;The Energizer Bunny; Scott keeps going and going even at age of 66. His energy is one of his many positive attributes that help propel momentum with Agents in the office. Scott provides new Agent training, productivity workshops, action workshops, words that work, contracts classes, coaching and support with all the Coldwell Banker tools and fun. Scott graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University in 1975, where he also earned a four year wrestling scholarship. He earned his real estate license in 1994, followed by his Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and also his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Scott enjoys working out, hiking, biking, skiing, remodeling and anything involving energy.
