I obtained a degree from the University of Texas with majors in Finance & Real Estate. I’m also a Member of the Appraisal Institute and hold the distinguished MAI designation. With this rare combination of education, certification, and appraisal experience, I’m uniquely qualified as a Realtor to educate buyers and sellers about values in an ever-changing market. An extensive background negotiating multi-million-dollar business and real estate acquisitions and managing development projects has also given me strong contract and negotiating skills that significantly benefit my clients during the transaction process. I’m also an active real estate property investor who presently owns and manages several rental properties. Personal My wife, Paddy-Jo, and I moved to Colorado in 1994 and presently reside in the Castle Pines / Castle Rock area. We’ve also owned homes in “close-in” southeast Denver neighborhoods, so we know the metro area well. We have two grown children, Brandon and Preston, and we love hiking, biking, skiing, golf and the great outdoors, including conquering some of Colorado’s 14,000’ mountain peaks.
