About Ginger

Who we are... McLean is our man on the ground. He moves mountains in the real estate market to get our clients in to see houses before they disappear. He has made it his business to know houses inside and out to assist clients far beyond the call of duty in considerations related to home construction, maintenance and updating. McLean is also a financial expert and assists clients in navigating the financial aspects of their real estate transactions whether it involves complex lending arrangements or a cash deal. McLean has earned the specialty designations of Certified Military Residential Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. Ginger was a licensed attorney before becoming a Realtor and has experience beyond your typical broker in real estate transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, and litigation (or more importantly… avoiding litigation!). She is able to bring buyers and sellers together while helping make certain that our clients know exactly what they are getting and that they are getting exactly what they want. McLean and Ginger give your home the attention it deserves and treat every client like their only client. When they aren't working, McLean and Ginger enjoy playing a round of golf, hitting the slopes, and camping with their children. McLean is a Colorado native and Ginger has been in Colorado since 1994. They both have seen decades of growth and development, and love sharing their expertise with their clients.
