I am here to help you with all of your real estate needs whether you are looking for your dream home, an investment property, a vacation retreat or selling a home in our community. I am a third generation Colorado native and have lived in the Southwest Denver Metro Area my entire life, which helps me offer a more local perspective. My interest in real estate was sparked when my husband and I purchased our first home more than 25 years ago. This interest grew into a passion over the years, as we bought and sold different homes and eventually began investing in rental properties. Through my personal experiences of buying and selling homes, I have come to recognize the value and importance of finding the right professional who will listen to your needs, help you navigate the process and keep you informed along the way, which is why I strive to provide these attributes to my clients. Prior to beginning a career in real estate, I spent over 30 years in banking and conducting various types of accounting and financial analysis. My understanding of the financial services industry and financial analysis skills enable me to carefully watch the details of a real estate transaction and help ensure a smooth and pleasant home buying or selling experience for my clients.
