Nicolas Nicolaou Bio Nicolas Nicolaou received his Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) salesperson license in May of 2010 and partnered up with Berkshire Hathway HomeServices California Properties of Anaheim Hills and now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Since then, Nicolas has sold more than $70 Million in residential real estate and consistently awarded The Best of Trulia Top Agent Award & Berkshire Hathway HomeServices Charmian’s Circle Award for 2014 & 2015 as well as the 2016 Coldwell Banker's Prestigious International President's Elite.He is an active member of both the California and National Association of Realtors and the founder of Nicolaou Real Estate Services & the North OC Real Estate Blog where he currently shares insight and projections regarding real estate home values and trends. Nicolas is a seasoned relocation specialist with more than 4 years of success in helping high profile clients relocate and is certified with Cartus and other top relocation firms. Nicolas works directly with Hanmi Bank and Pac Mercantile Bank to oversee the marketing and sale of bank owned assets nationwide including, educating out-of-state agents on the banks' listing practices and expectations and direct reporting to the bank. Previously and for more than 10 years, Nicolas held a Director of Sales position with automotive experiential marketing firm MDS Exhibits of North Orange County. In this capacity, he produced and managed multi-million dollar auto show programs totaling more than $75 million for General Motors, Toyota North America, and American Suzuki Motor Corporation. Prior to this, Nicolas pursued his production career in New York City in the entertainment and film industry. Working with record label Sony Music and its artists, he produced high-profile live performance events, television commercials, and fashion shows. During the six years that he served this industry, Nicolas developed and polished his risk management and contract negotiation skills. Nicolas was born and raised in Queens, New York and attended Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Manhattan. After moving to California in 2001, he became a member of St. Andrew Orthodox Christian Church. He served as an elected Parish Council official, appointed Treasurer as well as Chairman of the Riverside Greek Fest. Nicolas was also elected as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Inland Empire Residential Centers an institution helping special needs orphans. In 1992, Nicolas received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Government and Politics, with honors in this field, from St. John’s University in Queens, New York, where he had been awarded the prestigious Westinghouse Scholar Award and a full, four-year, academic grant to attend the University. He also enjoys traveling with his family and is an avid tennis player.
