Dick is a Broker Associate and a former executive with a large financial institution where he negotiated with CEO's and CFO's from major Fortune 1000 corporations. Terry is a former Training Director and speaks fluent Spanish. Community Involvement Dick is past Chairman of the Alliance for the Arts Board of Directors in Thousand Oaks. He is also a past president and board member of the Casa Pacifica Board of Directors. Casa Pacifica is a 22 acre public/private facility for abused and at risk youth and families in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Terry was a past president of the Casa Pacifica Angels and chaired a number of balls that raised over $1 million for the kids of Casa Pacifica. Dick and Terry have been residents of the Conejo Valley and Moorpark area for over 30 years and have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren. Personal Background Terry was born in Cuba and came to the United States in 1962 after the Castro revolution. Dick was born in Santa Monica, California and is a 3rd generation native of the state. Dick and Terry love to travel and have visited numerous sites around the world over the past 30 years. Dick loves to play golf, read and enjoy life with the grandkids.
