EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST. Working in the industry for over 25 years has given me an edge that can only come with time and experience. I have been a successful listing agent throughout the majority of my career; selling every type of property from rental properties to multi-million-dollar luxury homes as well as everything in between! I have also had the pleasure of helping a wide variety of buyer clients find just the right place to call home. My career path has been diverse and has provided me with the opportunity to work in many facets of the industry including the luxury home market, corporate relocation, investment property, 1031 exchanges, developers/small subdivisions, country property, land, first time buyers, new homes, move up buyers and what I like to call "fix and flip". My personal passion throughout the years has been buying fixer uppers. I love to take a property that looks (and sometimes smells) horrible and turn it into something beautiful! If I am not selling real estate you can find me out riding my road or mountain bike, cooking something delicious in the kitchen or volunteering with several local charity groups. Since 1998 I have been a part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerages in Orange, Sonoma, Placer and Ventura Counties and have consistently earned many of the company's top honors, ranking in the top 7% of Real Estate salespersons nationwide for dollar volume and sales. Selling in several different counties has given me a more global perspective that I am able to apply to the business of helping clients buy and sell successfully. I attribute my success to having an "old fashioned" work ethic – simply stated, if it's worth doing, it's worth doing correctly and I am proud to say that my most recent accomplishments include being the recipient of the 5 Star Professional Award eight years in a row and receiving the Top-Rated Real Estate Agent Award for outstanding client satisfaction and service. And even though awards and recognition are great, I still believe that the true measure of my success is my legacy of helping my clients accomplish their real estate goals. My greatest joy is being a part of one of the most monumental events in my clients' lives and after walking with them through the journey of home buying or selling many go on to become my good friends and repeat clients, referring me to their family and friends.
